How to Register?

Registration is very easy with Game4u. Registering gives us information that will allow us to communicate with you regarding your transactions .Three of our sections i.e. My Cart, Wish List and My Account are password protected. When you click on any of these links you will reach a sign in page. A new user can register here or members can login to their account directly. How to View your Shopping Cart?

Once you have registered with us and logged into your account, you can click on Shopping Cart from any page and you can check on all the items you had put in there. You can also remove an item by deleting it totally or adding it to your Wish List for later purchases. In case you are happy with what you currently have in the Shopping Cart then click on the 'Check Out' button or browse through the site some more by clicking on the 'Continue Shopping' button. You can select the person to whom you wish to send the items. All you need to do is to select the name of the person (alias) whom you want to send that particular product and click on the update button. In case you wish to add a new address, please click on 'add new address' and fill in the details in the subsequent page.

You can also change the quantity of the product, which you have selected to buy. All you need to do is to fill the desired quantity in the appropriate box and click update to register your change.

How to View your Wish List?

Occasionally we are sure you would like to indulge in some extra shopping but your purse strings don't allow you to. In this case, just put it in your Wish List and next time when you have received your pocket money or your salary or some money from your aunt just go to the Wish List and indulge. Also, you might want to send a gift directly to a friend whose birthday is probably a month later. So, if you come across the perfect product for him/her just add it to your Wish List and log on a week or two before and add it to your Shopping Cart directly.

Review Your Order History.

In your personal area you can view the details of all the orders you've placed with Game4u till date. Just click on Order History in My Account section and see the full details against the order numbers of your earlier purchases. You can select the start date and the end date.

Manage your Shipping Address.

You can change your default shipping address depending on where you want your order delivered. Just go to My account address book and View and Edit Billing Details. from your Shipping Address. You can also access this functionality from the shopping cart stage by clicking on 'Add new address'.

Refund Policy

Game4u provides refund only in case of faulty and damaged software and hardware only.

In case of Software

Faulty and damaged software/cases may be returned up to 14 days after the dispatch date. We do not honor any returns or refunds for PC games.

In case of Hardware

Damaged hardware may be returned up to 14 days after the dispatch date. Please note that hardware must contain every component part (cables, memory sticks, warranty card etc.) before it can be accepted as a return.

The refund will be processed for the cancelled Order through the same mode of payment Eg: If the payment is made through Credit Card and the status is marked as cancelled, the amount would be refunded to the credit card's account.

What are ratings?
Age ratings are systems used to ensure that entertainment content, such as films, videos, DVDs, and computer games, are clearly labeled for the age group for which they are most suitable. Age ratings provide guidance to consumers (particularly parents) to help them decide whether or not to buy a particular product.

Interactive computer game playing is now a mass-market leisure activity, with millions of players throughout Europe. While most games are suitable for players of all ages there are many that are only suitable for older children and young teenagers. The rating on a game confirms that it is suitable for a certain age group. Accordingly a 7+ game is only suitable for those aged seven and above and an 18+ game is only suitable for adults aged eighteen and above.

PEGI is used and recognized throughout Europe and has the enthusiastic support of the European Commission. It is considered to be a model of European harmonization in the field of the protection of children.

What is PEGI?

The Pan-European Game Information (PEGI) age rating system was established to help European parents make informed decisions on buying computer games. It was launched in spring 2003 and replaced some national age rating systems with a single system now used throughout most of Europe.

PEGI ratings are a Pan-European, voluntary rating system, which give a purchaser some extra guidance when it comes to selecting suitable software.
